Admission Requirements

 

  1. A completed application packet is due on or before the first day of your child's attendance. This packet includes an application and information page, health and immunization forms to be signed or stamped by a physician or health care provider, a medical release form, field trip permission form, and a policy statement form.

  2. Children under thirty (30) months of age are required to have a current physical.

  3. Classes will be filled as spaces are available. Students currently enrolled will have priority in any class changes before new students are accepted.

  4. Students will be contacted from a waiting list to fill all available spaces.

  5. The registration fee is due upon enrolling your child. The activity fee and first tuition payment are due upon arrival of your child’s first day.

  6. A visit and tour by you and your child prior to admission is required.

  • A nonrefundable registration fee is due at time of enrollment

  • An activity fee is due on your child’s first day and is charged annually on the anniversary month of your child’s enrollment.

  • Tuition may be paid weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. It is due at the beginning of the pay period you choose. There will be a $20 late fee for payments not received within two days of due date. Please discuss payment schedule with the director.

  • Tuition Express is available for direct withdrawal for tuition payment. If you choose to do this, fill out a paper in the front office with a voided check.

  • The discount for a maximum of two siblings in the family after the first is $10 per week, deducted from each sibling’s tuition and conditioned upon the continued enrollment of more than one child in the program.

  • Additional charges may arise for special events, field trips, or special programs. You will be notified in advance.
